Backing out of Charging station
« on: June 24, 2015, 07:49:30 PM »
My rl1000 has started backing out of its charging station. When I look up the last stop cause it shows 137. Any ideas on how to remedy this? I've replaced the charging station board last year and it has new batteries about the same time. They are jell type I believe??  It will mow for 3 hrs + now. 😄  it seemed to work fine this spring, but now I'm having issues. I put the mower back in the station and it seems fine.

The mower will back out of the base, if it looses connection with the base station, make sure the charging pins on the mower are clean and that the metal plates on the base are clean, also check that the mower enters the base straight in.

No luck. Now I'm losing wire signal all together. Run light on charging station won't stay lit. Comes on for a couple of seconds then the cut wire light blinks and then everything goes dead. If I unplug the perimeter wire the alarm goes off so it knows the perimeter is good. New charge station board is next I'm afraid??
